. Can you ship my product direct to me at my home or office ?
For most orders, products are shipped directly to your doorsteps. However, in some cases depending on the home address location local pickup may be required.
Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept PayPal. PayPal refuses to process payments over outdoor & recreational products over a setting price point. Per their website.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
We accept exchanges and returns on damaged goods. For more information on this, take a look at our shipping and refund policy
How do I review my purchases?
Log into your account. Select the “Your Orders” option. Find the specific order that the item was purchased on and click “View Order.” The order will show the products purchased, and next to each one will be a “Review Product” button. Use the box at the bottom of the page to enter your review, and when you’re done, click “Submit.”

This is normally due to your email provider not allowing emails from us to reach your inbox. We recommend adding contact@joliechose.com to your address book. Then resetting your password again. Also, please verify that you are checking the email account that you used to sign up for your account with us.
